Ingredients:

  • 200 g
    Ground Pork
  • 2 tbsp
    Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves
    Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp
    Ginger (minced)
  • 2 tbsp
    Chili Bean Paste
  • 1 tbsp
    Fermented Black Beans (rinsed and minced)
  • 1 cup
    Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp
    Sugar
  • 1 tsp
    Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
  • 2 pcs
    Green Onion (chopped)
  • Sichuan peppercorns, to taste
  • Steamed rice, for serving
