    Salsa Verde
  • 1 cup
    Chicken (cooked, shredded)
  • 1/2 cup
    Onion (diced)

    Cilantro (chopped)

    Queso Fresco (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp
    Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, sliced avocado, sliced radishes
